WalkerScout provides recruiting and human resources (HR) services for pet businesses. This includes, but is not limited to:

Job posting and application process development
Virtual interviewing and asynchronous interviewing
Candidate summaries and recruiter profiles
Conducting exit interviews
Detailed multi-factor background checks

No. We help clients attract more candidates to apply specifically to work at their business. We then quickly and fairly process those applications giving business owners insight to determine which candidates warrant consideration for a final interview. Clients make the final decision on who should move forward.
We have a series of onboarding documents that helps us understand who is the ideal candidate for that business. Since 2019, we have recruited hundreds of candidates within the pet care industry, so the recruiting team here also has a strong understanding of who the ideal candidate is for most dog walking, dog daycare and other pet-based businesses.
Clients only incur costs when a staff member joins the team and stays on that team for 30 days. Six payments are made over a period of seven months. If a staff member resigns or is terminated, any future invoices are voided limiting financial liability. If a staff member stays beyond seven months, a client will see a stronger ROI because payments will stop with the sixth invoice. Prices start at $750 per hire.
